Those actions include:

• looking for the debtor if they are hiding,
• collecting information about the debtor,
• determination of their financial standing (see: Finding property). That is aimed at establishing the way and possibility of recovering the receivables.

Besides, at our client’s request, we cooperate with a debt recovery firm, which represents the creditor’s interests and contacts the debtor non their behalf in order to recover the debt. You are encouraged to make an appointment for a consultation, during which we provide paid counsel and information on the actions taken with regard to debt recovery.
